Suite Descriptions:

Lily Pond Suite - Olu
90 sq metres including veranda and planted enclosed courtyard shower.  Nestled within the tropical lily ponds - it is accessible by stepping stones across the pond.
Ground flr level. No ocean view - but has a private position amongst the tropical gardens. Features include: Antique entrance doors to a shaded veranda overlooking the lily pond and running the length of the bedroom. The bedroom is enclosed, open to stars is its tropical planted courtyard with its own private sunken mosaic tiled spa bath. It also features a hand hewn granite waterfall shower.

Main House Suites

- Manel
112 sq metres including decked teak veranda and planted enclosed courtyard shower.
This elegant suite is the second largest room in the villa. It is on the first floor of the main house and offers greater privacy. Standard features apply with additional amenities such as: Spacious Burma teak sunkissed veranda featuring sun beds, coffee table and chairs. It overlooks the gardens, the swimming pool and the Indian Ocean and its magnificent sunsets. Features an enclosed planted courtyard with granite waterfall shower leading off the bathroom. Large walk in dressing room with armoires, dressing table and twin luggage racks.

- Nelum
150 sq metres including two decked teak verandas.
This elegant bedroom is the largest room in the villa. It is on the first floor of the main
house and offers greater privacy. It has all the features of all other suites except it does not have an outdoor shower but features two extensive raised Burma teak verandas. One veranda runs along the north side of the bedroom, overlooking the pond and its teeming wildlife and a further Burma teak sun-kissed veranda, overlooks the Indian Ocean and its magnificent sunsets. Furnished veranda with a coffee table and chairs and dining table and chairs.

Ocean Suites - Namal, Sepalika, Kekatiya & Sapumal

The elegant suites are large, air conditioned and feature antique romantic four-poster canopied beds together with high ceilings lined with Kerala terracotta tiles. All suites have timber slatted doors to the their spacious shaded verandas for private dining and antique Indian swings, which overlook the lush gardens and ocean views.

Every suite features large bedrooms and lavish bathrooms with kumbuk timber floors, huge polished granite bath tubs and tranquil courtyards; These suites have large walk in dressing rooms with armoires, dressing table and twin luggage racks. Furnished with antiquities and contemporary items. Colonial features such as highly decorated antique Jacobean Calcutta four poster beds which were used during the British Raj, together with the antique electric fans and ceiling fixed punkah fans Also features such as Bharat hand crafted coloured floor tiles, large bathrooms with rain showers and Venetian style mirrors. Twin basins, free-standing bathtubs and shower screens are all polished granite, beauty products. Private walled tropical garden, open to stars, hand hewn granite waterfall shower. These suites all have an enclosed planted courtyard with granite water fall shower leading off the bathrooms.

Two of the Ocean Suites (Namal & Kekatiya) can be interconnecting for families.
All suites face the ocean and all suites have a dual or triple aspect.
Namal – 120 sq metres including veranda and planted enclosed courtyard shower.
Sepalika – 112 sq metres including veranda and planted enclosed courtyard shower.
Kekatiya – 98 sq metres including veranda and planted enclosed courtyard shower.

2 x fully equipped commercial kitchens for flexibility plus barbeque and tandoori oven.
Dine at the restaurant by the pool under illuk thatched timbers, or you may dine
al fresco under the stars. Menu offers the best of both International and Sri Lankan cuisine and fine wines.
