Mosaic:
Mediterranean-influenced restaurant features cooking stations to prepare dishes on demand, from fresh fish to churrasco. Designed by Jeffrey Beers, this restaurant changes from day to evening utilising light to play off the polished chrome, wenge wood and limestone. Mosaic is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Cove Pool Café:
Bistro-table and chaise-lounge service of fresh fare, from ceviche and sashimi bento boxes to gourmet burgers and wraps, along with smoothies and full bar service.

Cacades Grill:
